WHO is it for

This course is for everyone who wants to learn how to lead a laughter yoga workshop and may want to combine with your own practices or apply in you profession. Also, this class is good for anybody who just want to learn or deepen LY as a personal practice. No previous experience of LY is required for this course, all are welcome! Let's laugh and learn together!

WHAT

This 2-day training allows you to acquire the basic facilitation skills of how to lead a group of people through laughter session and meditation. You will learn and practice how to lead a laughter session in different social-oriented and professional settings, as well as adapting to specific groups of audiences including seniors, children and people with special needs. 
You will also learn the history, concept, philosophy and concrete steps of Laughter Yoga and meditation. 

The training is conducted through diverse interactive and creative exercises. The whole experience will be full of joy and fun, heart connecting, elevating, and energizing! You will laugh so much like you have never laughed before! It also takes the personal, practical and operational aspects seriously, with emphasis on enabling participants to incorporate laughter yoga into their personal life and work immediately after the training. 

Laugh and joy will come to you more easily, and you will be able to bring more laughter into your life and people around you, may it be friends, family, colleagues, community, or integrate laughter into your current professional offerings.

At the end of this training, the participants are certified as Laughter Yoga Leaders. This certificate is issued by the Laughter Yoga University and is internationally recognized.

About Man Y.
She lives life passionately and follows her heart. Originally from Hong Kong, Man Yee has lived around the globe for over 15 years as a humanitarian worker. She is now sharing her love and art of living through laughter, free-form dance, and other stillness and movement meditation.

About Karina
Originally from France, she considers herself as a "slow-traveler" to have time to explore and share joy, laugh & creativity... with others. She is also an Improv Theater teacher with 10 years experience of Improv & Theater.
